Are you hiring a potential problem that can be a disruptive influence on your staff worse still detrimental to the company’s performance? 
  • Emotional State of Mind (ESM) measures the emotional response to different situations.

  • This varies by person and their reaction to different stresses. ESM measures emotional responses to Sensitivity (to Criticism), Aggressions (Explosiveness) and Ability to relate to others at all levels. When responses are high, or abnormally high this can lead to abnormal or unstable behavior.

  • These abnormal behaviors can affect the performance of teams and eventually companies and organizations.
